BIOGRAPHY

Qristyl Frazier is the founder of this Brooklyn, NY based fashion house - which focuses on plus-size apparel. As a designer, Qristyl specializes in feminine dress packed with sex appeal, casually sophisticated separates, flattering swimsuits and versatile cover-ups.

Qristyl has served women from ages 22 to 55 - from size 12 to size 24. Her clients are established, tasteful women, who buy clothing to fit their active careers and lifestyles. Qristyl also caters to fashionistas, with a joy for shopping, and a love of style. Qristyl Frazier Designs, Inc. has unparalleled flexibility, and great passion for the real women in the plus size market.

With technical training in her background, Qristyl honed her skill with organizations such as; White House Black Market, Sean by Sean Combs, DKNY International, Alice and Olivia, Tommy Hilfiger, Jones Apparel, Victoria's Secret, and Abercrombie and Fitch. These and other high-powered fashion entities have utilized Qristyl's skill as a Technical Designer.

The pursuit of success has not extinguished Qristyl's desire to give. She has contributed both her fashion designs and her time to organizations such as The Cancer Foundation - Columbia . MO Chapter (increasing Cancer Awareness among women) as well as The New York Foundling Foundation (teaching orphan girls ages 13-18 how to dress to compliment their body types).

While accumulating more than 15 years of experience, Qristyl has created custom designs for women worldwide. She has created designs for Janet Jackson, Queen Latifah, Angie Stone, Wendy Williams of WBLS, Ed Lover of Power 105.1 FM, and countless others in the entertainment industry. Now Qristyl would like to bring her designs to you.

Given the task of creating comfortable, yet chic, maternity wear for Rebecca Romijn (aka Alex to you Ugly Betty lovers...we see you), most of the designers did a good job, however the only designer we have our sites on is Qristyl Frazier. Personally, at the Gmag office, we loved this design. Simple, great movement, nice color.... we loved it (Sommer gave it her "Can I Clean In It" test, and she gave it a thumbs up--yes, we are rolling our eyes at her too). What did you think?
